Отличное расположение, в нескольких шагах от Триумфальной Арки. Великолепная терраса с потрясающим видом. Хорошая работа отдела приема гостей (reception). Вежливый, приветливый персонал. Красивый номер и интерьер отеля. Чистые номера.

Убогий завтрак! Каждое утро на завтрак образуется очередь, тк персонал не успевает убрать освободившиеся столы. Из-за нехватки персонала работают 2 человека вместо 5. Ктото из постояльцев вызвал менеджера, но менеджер проблему не решила. Шведский стол скудный и не пополняется. Заказ из a la carte персонал не мог выполнить корректно. Видно, что персонал старался, но физически не мог справиться с объемом работы. В номерах плохая звукоизоляция (но это во всех старинных зданиях). Мелкие недочеты: не пополняли гель для душа; не приносили вечером воду в номер.
