Wi fi in my room did not work properly

Location, wi-fi.

We were moved to Hotel Luce, adjacent to Archimede, although we had confirmed the booking before our arrival through a particular message. Unfortunately, the staff provided us with an individual bedroom, which lee us to ask for a change. It was changed, but the preparation should be better

Close to the Central Termini Station

The beds are so light they moved when we sat on them and leaned against the wall to watch tv, which I'm sure was very irritating for the people under us. The bathroom doesn't have a shower curtain, so water goes everywhere. There's a weird placement of the bidet and the toilet that you need to squeeze between them to get to the shower. They don't provide a kettle unless asked, and no tea or coffee provided. The cleaner made the best effort to clean, but the rooms are old and dated, which doesn't look clean after cleaning. Breakfast was terrible, not many choices and the table we sat at weren't cleaned properly. We were woken by some service staff laughing or shouting in the corridor. My husband asked them to quiet down a couple of times so we could sleep, but by that time we were already awake. When we booked, the website asked for my son's age, and I put in 10. The booking condition mentioned we'd need to pay tourist tax for my husband and me, excluding my son. The reception staff confirmed that we only needed to pay for the adults at check-in. However, when we left, the hotel asked us to pay extra for my son. They said that kids above 10 years of age are not exempted. The website or the hotel staff needed to understand and communicate the rules better!

В номере нет ! 1 - ХОЛОДИЛЬНИКА🥹 2- УТЮГА 🥲 3- ЧАЙНИКА И ЧАШЕК 🥹 На ресепшене установлен водонагреватель там можно сделать чай ) не очень удачное решение! 😇 Завтрак каждый день один и тот же, было что и забродившие консервированные фрукты подавали , и испорченное молоко. Протянуть можно , ну без удовольствия) При входе в отель стоит кашпо с засохшим растением, никто к до этого нет дела. Налог взяли 60 евро за человека за 8 ночей. Итого с налогом стоимость в сутки составила 16 тыс руб. В целом не 3 , ну наверное это цена качества , есть отели по 500€ там конечно 😍 здесь эконом вариант.

Неплохой отель, но не соответствует 4 звездам

Отель рядом с вокзалом Termini, в 5 минутах ходьбы. Рядом много ресторанов, в помещении вокзала торговый центр и хороший супермаркет. На завтраках все было вкусно и сытно. Были фрукты, овощи, мясные и сырные нарезки, омлет, десерты. И в отеле и в номере было чисто. Персонал очень приветлив и доброжелателен.

Номер был маловат и тесноватая душевая кабина. Но на 3-4 дня все это некритично.
