Staff were helpful and friendly

Lift not working, food was basic and not enough variety, tv had no plug, air-con didn't work, no safe, toilet a bit iffy, smell of sewage in room, no tea/coffee facilities, had to trek down to reception (no lifts) and get from vending machine.

unfortunately, during breakfast (average), vending machines for all drinks have been broken - tea, coffee, juices; the service shrugged and said "do not work." It was not polite and not very professional. Big minus

Старый ремонт, не работало ТВ, питание не очень. Не было моющих принадлежностей в душе. Обещали принести - так и не принесли... Из 10 баллов дали бы 5

1. Более-менее близко автобусные остановки до любой точки острова. 2. Есть свой бассейн и внутри, и снаружи 3. Персонал готов помочь с возникающими проблемами.

1. В удалённых частях отеля Wi-Fi ловит только на балконе. 2. Очень(!)скудный завтрак, продукты не первой свежести, каждый день одно и то же. 3. Самое главное: кондиционеров там нет. Кондиционером они называют вентиляцию, в +33 она чуть-чуть дула воздухом комнатной температуры. После просьбы сделать с этим что-нибудь принесли портативный кондиционер, стало немного полегче (он хотя бы какое-то время дул прохладным воздухом), но в целом с нормализацией температуры он не справлялся. 4. Уборщица заходила в номер примерно раз в два дня, когда заходила, убирала только мусор и иногда меняли полотенца в случайном порядке (вне зависимости от того, были они на полу или нет). В раковине какая-то непонятная грязь, запах из сантехники неприятный.

При регистрации взяли больше городских налогов чем нужно - после выяснения вернули разницу.
