As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. • Pool access available from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. • One child 2 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. • Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. • No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property. • Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions. • Contactless check-out is available. • Fee for cooked-to-order breakfast: approximately MXN 350 for adults and MXN 350 for children The above list may not be comprehensive.
