As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. • Pool access available from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. • Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. • Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. • No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property. • The property is professionally cleaned. • Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions. • Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available. • Fee for cooked-to-order breakfast: approximately MXN 360 to 360 per person • Airport shuttle fee: MXN 2500 per vehicle (one-way, maximum occupancy 3) • Airport shuttle fee per child: MXN 250 (one-way), (up to 17 years old) • Early check-in is available for a fee (subject to availability) • Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability) The above list may not be comprehensive.
