As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. Fees The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out. • Fee for in-room wireless Internet: USD 20 per day (rates may vary) • Fee for in-room wired Internet: USD 20.00 per day (rates may vary) • Fee for wireless Internet in public areas: USD 20.00 per day (rates may vary) • An in-room safe is available for an additional fee The above list may not be comprehensive.
