For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. The hotel has a standard single room with a 120 cm bed. When booking an extra bed in rates with breakfast, meals are paid separately. There is no baby cot in the hotel. One child under 5 years old is accommodated free of charge in a bed with parents. When booking for two or more children for the second and subsequent child is an extra charge of RUB 1000.00.
