The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. Terms of payment, change and cancellation of the booking for group visits (6 people at a time) are subject to additional agreement with the hostel. Individual booking conditions are not apply for group bookings.If arriving after 10:00 PM, guests must inform the hotel in advance and receive check-in instructions.When checking in after 03:00 AM at night, it is mandatory to notify the hotel in advance of a late check-in, otherwise a no-show may be issued.The hotel takes RUB 200.00 for the registration of foreign citizens, as all guests are registered through the Ministry of Internal Affairs.All rooms at the hostel are non-smoking.Accommodation with pets and service animals is not allowed.
