Location

St Mini-Hotel is located in the very center of the Adler microdistrict on the first coastline. The sea is within walking distance. Near the hotel there are many grocery stores, canteens, cafes, pharmacies, etc. Nearby there is a central grocery market, nearby there are bus stops. The mini-hotel is located in a quiet lane with direct access to the city and the sea.

In the mini-hotel

There is an iron and ironing board in the corridors on each floor of the mini-hotel. Wi-Fi Internet is available on the territory. There is a communal kitchen with a microwave, stovetop, kettles, table, chairs and crockery. Linen is changed and rooms are cleaned once every five days. Guests can use the washing machine for an additional charge.

At will, each guest can use the transfer service from the railway and air stations.
