Ozo Phuket was an excellent hotel. We got a better experience than we paid for. Hotel is clean. The staff is excellent. Their free breakfast buffet is exceptional and has many food stations/choices. It is very family friendly but quiet. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The location was great. There is a 7 eleven and ATM directly across from hotel, which is convenient. Kata beach is 5 minutes walk from the hotel access. Grab app transportation and tuktuk is easy to get at the hotel. It is about 20 minutes from Patong Beach. Patong Beach is fun but over-crowded and loud. Would stay at Ozo Phuket and easily go have fun in Patong. I highly recommend this place. The free breakfast was exceptional. Opened from 6:30am to 10:30 am. Different food stations and different cuisines. Breakfast area is very clean and food tasted great. I enjoyed the breakfast and was convenient to have something to eat before going on excursions early in the morning. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Housekeeping staff were excellent. They provided items we requested promptly. Room was very clean. The rooms were cleaned and restocked daily. Staff was very welcoming. They explained check in and all the services available very clearly. They were always ready to help and answered all our questions.

Есть номера с окнами на улицу - без балкона и окна не открываются, сушить белье негде. Шкаф для одежды в санузле напротив душевой. Речка вонючка по территории отеля (частично течет в трубе) запах не большой

Если едите с ребенком однозначно нужно брать номер со второй комнатой там есть двухэтажная кровать и заранее уточнять вид из окна , есть сторона выходящая на ров это не очень красиво! Пришлось заменить номер на месте с доплатой

Для Тая, чистый и комфортный отель, с хорошим завтраком. Есть всегда фрукты, есть приготовление омлета, каждое утро разные супчики. Мне понравился завтрак, не лучший, но очень достойный. Отличный сервис, все приветливые и стараются решить ваши проблемы.

Зачем-то отменили BBQ buffet за 450 бат и ввели какой-то за 700, но он почти весь рыбный, стало меньше овощей и гарниров, плюс нет горячих напитков. Душевные поддоны качающиеся под вашим весом), не мешает, просто удивительно)
